We are looking for a Senior Pastor who is first and foremost a follower of Jesus, called to feed His sheep, lead His mission, and reflect His love to a world in need of hope.</p>

<p>This is a role for a pastor with a servant’s heart—someone who can balance the weight of leadership with the tenderness of pastoral care. You will be the primary teacher and visionary, guiding our staff and ministries as a spiritual elder and leader under the authority of Christ.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li><strong>Word & Worship:</strong> Lead and provide Christ-centered teaching for Sunday and Wednesday services, ensuring every message points the congregation back to the Gospel of Jesus.</li>

<li><strong>Vision & Spiritual Leadership:</strong> Seek the Lord’s direction to set the vision for our church, ensuring our ministries are healthy, vibrant, and aligned with Biblical truth.</li>

<li><strong>Shepherding the Flock:</strong> Prioritize deep pastoral care. This includes visiting the sick in hospitals, calling members in times of need, and providing spiritual counsel to those walking through life’s trials.</li>

<li><strong>Staff & Ministry Mentorship:</strong> Manage and shepherd our staff and ministry leaders, fostering a culture of prayer, unity, and shared purpose in Christ.</li>

<li><strong>The Great Commission:</strong> Serve as a vocal, local presence in our community. You will lead the charge in evangelism, reaching the “least and the lost” with the message of Jesus.</li>

<li><strong>Biblical Compassion:</strong> Actively lead our efforts to care for the widows and the orphans, ensuring they are never forgotten in our church or our city.</li>
